Moral Kuve Ihimoyan, FCCA
Co-Founder
Moral Kuve Ihimoyan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds an MSc in Finance and Investment Management. She brings over 17 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning banking, financial markets, asset management, regulatory institutions, and financial advisory.
She has worked across both the public and private sectors, advising organizations on capital strategy, financial management, regulatory compliance, governance, and institutional performance. Her expertise spans financial markets, investment analysis, corporate finance, strategic advisory, stakeholder engagement, and capacity development, enabling organizations to make informed decisions and achieve sustainable growth.
She is passionate about financial literacy and professional development, and contributes to public financial education through digital media, supporting individuals and organizations in building financial capability and long-term resilience.
At Kuvanyi Solutions, she leads Capital Strategy, Financial Advisory, Regulatory & Institutional Advisory, and Business Strategy, helping clients navigate complex financial environments, strengthen decision-making, and deliver sustainable value.
Joy Anyoyi Amadi, ACA
Co-Founder
Joy Anyoyi Amadi is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with an MBA in Finance & Investment and over 16 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning banking, financial markets, sustainability advisory, manufacturing, infrastructure, and project finance.
She has worked across both the public and private sectors, supporting organizations in strengthening governance, improving financial management, delivering strategic projects, and enhancing institutional performance. Her expertise includes sustainability and ESG advisory, climate finance, stakeholder engagement, project financial governance, and organizational transformation.
Joy is passionate about helping organizations build stronger systems, improve accountability, and deliver initiatives that create measurable and lasting impact. She combines strategic thinking with practical execution, enabling clients to move confidently from vision to results.
At Kuvanyi Solutions, she leads Sustainability & ESG Advisory, Project Financial Governance, Institutional Development, and Strategic Partnerships, helping clients translate complex challenges into practical, sustainable solutions.
